He has worked in leadership roles at many organizations across the country. At Paceco in Gulfport, AL, Charles became a certified welder and started machining. He was a precision machinist working from a drawing and building parts. At Alltech Machinery, Charles ran the CNC department. When he was the machine shop supervisor at Pouncey Machine and Tool, he was responsible for the Kerr McGee account and also was involved in building parts for Air Force One. Charles then moved on to Hydro Air where he was a lead machinist working on nuclear equipment and HVAC systems.
